Habit² is a personal organization and tracking tool that lets you create habits, log activity, and visualize progress. Some features may be modified, improved, or retired over time.

2. Your account

You must provide valid information, protect your credentials, and keep control of your account. You are responsible for activity carried out from it. You can delete your account from Settings.

3. Age and authorization

Habit² is intended for people with the capacity to accept these terms. If a minor uses the service, they must have the appropriate authorization from their mother, father, or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the operation of the service, use abusive automated mechanisms, introduce malicious code, or use Habit² for unlawful activities.

5. Your content and data

The habits, goals, notes, reflections, and other information you enter remain yours. Square Habits processes them solely to operate and improve Habit² in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

6. Nature of the service and health

Habit² is a personal organization, tracking, and motivation tool. It does not guarantee specific results.

Habit² does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Information related to exercise, nutrition, sleep, medication, or wellbeing does not replace the guidance of a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual property

The application, software, design, brand, materials, and other elements of Habit² belong to Square Habits or are used with the appropriate authorization. These terms do not transfer any rights over the platform to the user.

8. Availability, changes, and suspension

We work to keep Habit² available and stable, but we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. We may modify features, perform maintenance, or temporarily suspend the service. We may also restrict or cancel accounts that breach these terms or compromise the security of the service.

9. Beta, plans, and payments

Habit² may offer features in beta or experimental phases. If paid plans are offered in the future, their prices, benefits, renewal, and conditions will be shown before you subscribe or make a payment.

10. Reasonable limitation of liability

Habit² is provided as a personal support tool. To the extent permitted, Square Habits will not be liable for decisions made solely based on information shown by the application, loss of progress resulting from failures outside our control, or temporary service interruptions.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the product or our practices change. When changes are significant, we will update the date on this page and may provide notice within the service.
